Q: Can I pull a report of all the learners that have completed a course? What about learners who have not completed their courses?

A: You can view reports of your learner's progress within the By Course link in the Reports section of the dashboard.

  1. Click on the Course Filters tab to expand it
  2. Switch "Complete and Incomplete" to either Complete or Incomplete, depending on the type of report you want to generate.
  3. Select one or more courses from the course list by clicking on the course title
  4. Click the Apply button to generate the report.

 

Q: Can I pull a report of learners who have NOT been assigned a particular course?

A: Yes, you can. Click on the By Course link in the Reports section of the dashboard. Click the Select Training button and select a course or courses. Change Enrollment Status to Not Enrolled, and the report will populate with all the learners who have not been assigned those particular courses.

 

Q: Can I export a report to an Excel spreadsheet so I can further manipulate the data?

A: Yes, once you have set the report filters to your satisfaction, click the Download button and select Spreadsheet.

 

Q: For compliance reasons, I need a report of all the learners who have taken a course that also lists the time and date the report was pulled and the name of the person creating the report. How do I create this report?

A: Yes, once you generate the report, click the Download button and select PDF. If you are satisfied with the preview, click the Create PDF button and save the PDF to your computer.
