Policy/Guide buttons not opening PDFs


When I click the "Guide" button or "Policy" button in the course, my Save Documents screen appears. But, there is nothing there to save. What do I do? 

A: The Policy and Guide buttons should open a .PDF document. If not, please check the settings on your web browser. If you are using FireFox, click Tools > Options > and look for your PDF application in the "Content Type" column. Then, make sure that the "Action" default is set to USE the PDF application rather than "Save File."
