Once you request support from the Online Help Center, a ticket is created. This ticket is available to you for review or updating inside the Help Center.
To view your tickets:
- You must be logged in to the Online Help Center. If you do not have a password, please register your account.
- Click on the "Check Your Existing Requests" link.
- The page will open up to your Open Requests (tickets which have not yet been solved or closed). You can click the ticket number & title to access additional information about the ticket or to leave an additional comment.
- To view solved or closed requests, please click the "View your recently solved and closed requests" link.
