The email address that is used to submit tickets, email@example.com, is temporarily down. If you have submitted a ticket recently, you may have received a bounceback message. We are aware of this issue and are currently fixing the cause of the problem
You may continue to submit support tickets by visiting the Help Center and clicking on the orange "Questions" tab on the right hand side of the screen.
