On 9/27/2016, an issue affecting a subset of users attempting to set or reset their passwords was identified. Password set and password reset links for users meeting certain criteria would not resolve correctly. Affected users experienced the following issues:
- If attempting to set their passwords for the first time, affected users would get a "Something seems to have gone wrong" message when following the account activation link.
- If users who had previously set a password attempted to use the forgotten password tool at https://lms.emtrain.com/lms/forgotten.php, the user's password reset link would instead direct them to the sign-in page.
A fix which resolved the issue has been deployed. Users who experienced the issues above will find this issue resolved.
