  • Supervisor Version: The course will not be counted as complete until both the 120 minute minimum participation time has been fulfilled and all pages of the course have been viewed.

Dear {LEARNER_FIRST_NAME} {LEARNER_LAST_NAME},

{COMPANY_NAME} is committed to ensuring that our employees treat each other and our customers fairly and with respect.  In support of our Vision, and to comply with California Law, you are required to independently complete the Preventing Workplace Harassment Online Training Program (the “Program”) no later than 2 weeks from the date of this email.

As you know, the Program is designed to provide numerous hypothetical scenarios about harassment in a workplace environment, each of which is followed with interactive discussions and questions. Regardless of where the scenarios take place, the issues and discussions are relevant and applicable to all of you. Remember, any reference to the HR Department also includes your Regional Vice President and Assistant Vice Presidents.   

Login Information:

Computer: Use a computer with internet access and audio capabilities. Turn off pop-up blockers. You should complete the Program at your workplace during work hours.

Program Name: {TRAINING_NAME}.

Policy: Read and agreeing with our Policy is part of the Program. You will be presented with our Policy during the course and requested to acknowledge you have read and understand it. Additionally, you can access and download it from the Resources button within the course. 

Help: If you have any questions regarding the Program content or how to navigate the Program, please click the “Help Center” button at the bottom right side of your screen. If you have any questions regarding Company specific policies, please send an email to askquestions@company.com for guidance.

Training Time: The Program will not allow you to complete the course in less than 2 hours, but it will allow you to stop and restart the Program, picking up where you left off. If for any reason you need to exit the Program, click the “Save and Close” button at the top right side of your screen. When you begin a new session simply click the “Finish Course” button in your Learner Portal and the Program will automatically begin where you left off.

Certificate of Completion: Although it is not necessary, once you complete the Program you may print the “Certificate of Training Completion” by clicking on the “History” button and then clicking on the “Certificate” button.
